Who you are dealing with

Names in this portfolio are held and sold by DGZI Ltd, which trades as DigitalZillions®. “We” and “the seller” below mean that company.

Offers

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Listings are an invitation to treat, and the figure you submit is an offer to the owner, which may be accepted, declined or countered. All names are subject to availability and prior sale.

Agreement

A sale becomes binding only when both parties have agreed terms in writing, including price, payment method and transfer timelines. An acknowledgement of your enquiry is not an acceptance.

Payment and transfer

The payment mechanism is agreed in writing before a sale is binding. A direct bank transfer against an invoice and a well-known third-party service holding the funds until transfer are both acceptable; where the chosen mechanism carries a fee, the buyer bears it. Payment details are never changed by email once agreed; treat any message purporting to change them as fraudulent and confirm through the channel the agreement was reached on. The domain is transferred to the registrar account the buyer nominates once payment has cleared, within the timelines stated in the agreement. Instalment arrangements, where offered, leave the registration with the seller until the final payment clears.

What is and is not sold

A sale transfers the domain registration only. It conveys no trademark, no goodwill, no traffic guarantee, no content and no email history. Any existing traffic figures shared during negotiation are indicative and are not warranted.

Buyer responsibility

Confirming that a name is suitable for your intended use is your responsibility. That includes trademark clearance in the territories you plan to trade in, and any sector-specific advertising or licensing rules that apply to it. If in doubt, take advice before you make an offer.

Adult-category names

Some names in this portfolio are categorised as adult. They are ordinary domain registrations and are sold on identical terms. No adult content is hosted, produced or distributed from this site or from any name in the portfolio while it remains unsold. Buyers of those names are responsible for complying with the age-verification, labelling and content rules of every territory they operate in.

Offers are treated as confidential.

Governing law

Any agreement reached is governed by the law of the seller's jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing before completion.
